Intermediate Pottery Wheel | $349 + GST

Course Overview:

This intermediate course will allow students to focus on improving their techniques learned in the beginner class. There is more emphasis on wheel throwing and students are encouraged to find their own voice and style in a fun and social environment. Along with the physical skills required, students will learn to expand the importance of mindset and breath.

Suzanne Cooper has worked as studio potter for a number of years supplying pieces to Western Canadian galleries. She has both a diploma from Kootenay School of the Arts in Ceramics as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honours in Ceramic Practice from the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary. She has taught clay-with a focus on wheel throwing- both privately and in schools for 5 years.
