What student activities and events are offered at the College?

Our Student Life team is dedicated to enhancing your entire experience by offering a wide variety of activities and events throughout the academic year. Whether it's a ski day, a co-ed basketball league or an Avalanche volleyball match, we have something for everyone.

Throughout the semester, various fitness classes like Zumba and Yoga are offered with reduced rates for our students. Prefer to head outside? Cross-country skis and snowshoes are available for you to rent.

Where can I find information about on-campus and off-campus housing?

We want you to feel at home at College of the Rockies. We provide a residential setting for students as well as resources for finding off campus housing.

Purcell House Residence:
On-campus housing in Cranbrook is safe, convenient, and affordable.

Off-campus Housing Registry:
A first point of contact between students and potential renters and landlords.

Is there a Students' Association at COTR and where can I learn more?

Yes there is a Students' Association at College of the Rockies.

The COTR Students' Association is a group of six student body elected members working with students to provide opportunities to get involved in the College community.

Does the college have an on-campus pub?

College of the Rockies does not have an on-campus pub however, Student Life offers various events and activities to enhance your experience while attending our main campus and surrounding regional campuses.
