College of the Rockies Bursaries and Scholarships

There are two main types of financial awards: Scholarships and Bursaries.

• Bursaries are awards based on financial need and reasonable academic standing.
• Scholarships are awards to a student to help finance further education based on academic merit or excellence in the area to which the award pertains.

Who's eligible?

Any student enrolled in a full-time program at COTR, in the current academic year. If you're not a COTR student yet, but are planning to attend, apply for our entrance awards.

When to Apply

NOTE RE: ONLINE APPLICATIONS
The online application form is only for current COTR students. Your COTR user name and password are required. Contact Student Help Desk for assistance.

November:

• Bursary applications are available in November and awarded in January.
• Complete the online bursary application.

February:

• Bursaries and Scholarships applications are available at the end of February and awarded in April.
• Review the list of Bursaries/Scholarships to determine your eligibility.
• Complete the online bursary and scholarship application.
