Background - In May 2003, Royal Roads University (RRU) and College of the Rockies (COTR) signed an agreement to facilitate the block transfer of students with appropriate prerequisite qualifications from College of the Rockies into the 3rd year of Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications Degree.
