Nourishing foods don’t have to be boring. This experiential class will include instructor demonstration and hands-on learning. You will roll out delicious and exotic stuffed aaloo paranthas (Indian whole wheat flat bread stuffed with boiled potatoes, herbs and spices) and make the popular dip, raita, using cucumber, yogurt and spices. These recipes can be made using a variety of vegetables and are perfect for adult and children’s lunch offerings. Purnima Gosavi will guide you through the traditional Indian cooking techniques that she has learned from her parents in India and has mastered over time to perfection.
