Basic Self Defence Skills | $69 + GST

Course Overview:

Self Defence is one of the most basic rights that humans possess. By being able to protect ourselves from harm, we can move more confidently through the world and begin to leave behind the insecurities that can isolate us from others. This introductory course will explore basic physical skills and conceptual approaches that can help us survive and escape physical danger. The ethics and psychology of violence will also be explored in a practical manner. This course is accessible and useful to all fitness levels and body types.
