Tai Chi Introductory Weekend Seminar | $69 + GST

Course Overview:

What is Tai Chi? It is a traditional East Asian practice, designed to improve and promote overall physical health and mental calmness. Tai Chi is practiced as a series of specific movements designed to result in greater physical relaxation, increased mobility/flexibility, improved balance, a greater sense of well-being, and an increased level of physical energy all necessary for long-term health. This is for anyone who is interested in learning about the practice of Tai Chi, or for those who have some previous experience with it, but who wish to expand their knowledge. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
