Course Overview:

Join Chef Stephen Gilmour to discover the subtle and robust flavors of India. Learn about the amazing palette of spices and techniques involved in Indian cooking. Students will participate in a demo, tasting, preparation and/or cooking of Potato Spinach Samosas, Chicken Tikka Masala, Raita and Pickled Carrot. Learn about the culinary culture of the region and enjoy a delicious dinner.
