Blue Lake Forestry Skills Boot Camp was a pilot project that ran March 28, 2011 - April 9, 2011 and had an 87% success rate for job placement.
Due to the success of this program, the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation once again provided funding for two more Forestry Skills Boot Camps that ran back-to-back March 26, 2012 and April 14, 2012.
