Wellness Workshops

In addition to one-on-one appointments, Counselling and Wellness offers workshops to help maximize your college experience.

Topics Include:

  • Rest and Relaxation
  • Getting along with your roommate
  • Understanding Stress
  • Difficult conversations
  • Anxiety
  • Preparing to give a classroom presentation
  • Procrastination
  • Other topics will be posted


There are 2 ways to register for a workshop:

1. Log in to the Student Portal and find the heading: Workshops for Students. Click the link and sign up for available workshops.

2. Drop by student services and sign-up at our reception desk. Please note that many of our workshops have limited space available.
