After you have applied to Graduate
Once it is determined you are or will be eligible to graduate by June 30, 2018, an email invitation will be sent to you. The email will outline procedures for gown pick up and drop off, ceremony time, reception, programs, guests, photographs, stage procedures and other pertinent information you may need. It will also provide RSVP directions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current email on file. Contact us to update your personal information.
To RSVP your attendance, call the Convocation RSVP phone line at 250-489-2751 x3430. Clearly state:
- Your name
- Student number
- Program of study
- Number of guests attending (Maximum four guests per graduate)
You will not receive a phone call or email back confirming receipt of your phone call. You must confirm your attendance by May 31, 2018. Convocation RSVP’s will be not be accepted after May 31 at 4:00pm.
Note: If you do not let us know that you are attending the ceremony your name will not be announced, although it will appear in the program.
