The Golden COTR Student House is located 1 block from the Golden Campus. There are two fully furnished levels containing kitchen, living room, dining room and shared bathroom. There are three bedrooms on each level. Each bedroom contains a twin bed, desk, chair and lamp. Laundry facilities are shared between both floors and are located downstairs. Upstairs has an upright freezer for all students to store extra frozen food. All utilities and hi-speed wireless internet are included. Other amenities include - cable TV, large backyard with firepit (restrictions in place), two locked storage areas - one for up to 6 bicycles and the other is a separate gear storage area.
