PHYS-202 - Introduction to Modern Physics

Modern Physics covers wave-particle duality of matter, special relativity, processes in atomic, nuclear, and solid state. It also introduces students to quantum mechanical devices and techniques.
Prerequisites: PHYS 104 and MATH 104.
Corequisites: It is recommended that the student be enrolled in MATH 201 and MATH 203. These courses may be taken concurrently or sequentially.

Lab Required: Yes - please note courses with labs are charged an additional fee of $24.34 per course credit.
