Trades Programs Registration Instructions
You'll Receive a Letter of Acceptance
Once you receive the official Letter of Acceptance, you'll need to confirm acceptance of your seat by either paying your tuition fees by the due date provided in your acceptance letter or by paying a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. You risk losing your seat in the program if the required fees are not received by the due date.
Note: If the program is full you will receive a letter informing you of your position on the waitlist.
You'll Pay the Balance of your Tuition/Fees
Don't forget to pay the balance of your first semester's fees by the due date to avoid being deregistered from your program. Check your account balance at AccessCOTR.
First Day of Classes
Your acceptance letter will explain where and when to show up for your first day of classes. If you have questions about what to expect on your first day, contact an Administrative Assistant in the Trades department.
