Payment of Fees
Fees may be paid to the College of the Rockies using the following methods: INTERAC, VISA, MASTERCARD, cash, cheque, money orders, telephone or internet banking through most major institutions.
Refunds
University Studies and Career/Technical programs
The refund amount is calculated based upon the date of receipt of a completed Withdrawal Form (University Studies and Career/Technical courses) submitted by the student. The scale of refunds for Academic and Career/Technical students is as follows:
a) Withdrawal from a course within 14 days following the first instructional day of the semester: 75% (seventy-five percent) of the tuition fees charged for that course.
b) Withdrawal from a course within 28 days following the first instructional day of the semester: 50% (fifty percent) of the tuition fees charged for that course.
c) Withdrawal from a course more than 28 days following the first instructional day of the semester: No Refund.
