Adult Basic Education/English Language Training Tuition
2013/2014
Adult Basic Education (ABE 70/80/90 level) semester courses are: $34.09 each plus text books.
* 3 courses or more, mandatory UPass @ $44.40 for Fall and Winter semesters and $22.20 for Spring and Summer semesters.
Self-paced/Continuous Entry Adult Basic Education
(ABE 070/080/090 level) is $8.84 per week. Includes textbooks. Students must pay for the whole term or what is left of the term when they register as of the commencement date.
Adult Basic Education - Fundamental (ABE 010-060) is $2.30 per week. Includes textbooks. Students must pay for the whole term or what is left of the term when they register as of the commencement date.
Mandatory UPass @ $44.40 for Fall and Winter semesters and $22.20 for Spring and Summer semesters for all Cranbrook Campus directed studies students.
ELT - English Language Training
Tuition : $97.98 per credit

Payment of Fees
Fees may be paid to the College of the Rockies using the following methods: INTERAC, VISA, MASTERCARD, cash, cheque, money orders, telephone or internet banking through most major institutions.
Adult Basic Education Refunds
Semester ABE refund amount is calculated based upon the date of receipt of a completed Withdrawal form submitted by the student. The scale of refunds for Academic and Career/Technical students is as follows:
a) Withdrawal from a course within 14 days following the first instructional day of the semester: 75% (seventy-five percent) of the tuition fees charged for that course.
b) Withdrawal from a course within 28 days following the first instructional day of the semester: 50% (fifty percent) of the tuition fees charged for that course.
c) Withdrawal from a course more than 28 days following the first instructional day of the semester: No Refund.
Directed Studies/Continous intake students will be refunded on a weekly prorated basis for the number of complete weeks remaining in their registration period as recorded on the Record of Training submitted by the instructor.
