About the Residence
The Residence is a secure building with 16 living units, (each living unit has 6 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living room), for a total capacity of 96.
Choosing to live in Residence will give you an excellent opportunity to succeed at the College of the Rockies.
Living in Residence makes it easier for you to:
- get to and from classes
- access the Library and Computer Labs
- find someone down the hall to help you with a study problem or to socialize with when you're lonely
- be involved in extra curricular activities
- make good friends
To enhance residence life, the building is non-smoking and is divided into social and quiet sections with entire living units set aside for mature students.
Each living unit is equipped with:
- 1 futon
- coffee table
- kitchen table and 4 chairs
Each bedroom is equipped with:
- a bed
- steno chair, desk,garbage can, mirror
- cable, telephone and internet outlets (contact local service providers for installation)
Amenities include:
- 2 Common Lounges with a Color TV and VCR
- vending machines
- coin-operated Laundry facilities
