Description / duties:
Plan food preparation and cooking activities.
Plan menu items and ensure food meets quality standards.
Manage food requirements and food/beverage purchasing.
Supervise activities and keep service staff informed of food offerings.
Manage equipment needs and cleaning procedures.
Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special events or functions.

Wildstone is a busy golf course with great F&B potential and we're looking for the right person to lead our Culinary experience.
This Full Time position is seasonal from April through October and is 4 Days per Week (Wed-Sat).
Kitchen facility is limited, but can be developed to accommodate needs.
