Automotive Painting & Refinishing Technician Apprenticeship
A four-week fixed intake training class is being offered April 16 to May 11/07.

Prerequisite: Apprentices currently indentured in the BC Apprenticeship system. Upgraders or non-indentured students should contact the College for seat availability and to register (250) 489-2751 loc. 216.
Prior Learning Assessment/ Challenge: Apprentices or Upgraders interested in obtaining prior learning assessment or challenging the technical training should contact the College for information and availability.
Red Seal: The College's Apprenticeship programs train to Red Seal certification.
Collision Repair Technician Apprenticeship
A continuous fixed intake Apprenticeship program is offered September through April. Contact the College for information or to register (250) 489-2751 loc. 216.
The College also offers a regular schedule of Autobody upgrading courses and programs.

Collision Repair Technician Pre-Apprenticeship
A 16 week fixed intake training class is being offered Sept 4, to December 22nd.
The College of the Rockies Collision Repair pre-apprenticeship program has been completely revised and updated.
The program covers the basic areas of collision repair and refinishing in four modules:
- Core Safety
- Basic Prep
- Body Work
- Paint
Entrance Requirement Options
Students are interviewed by a program instructor and admitted by Option 1 or 2.
Option 1: secondary school graduation with a C standing in English 11 and Applications or Principles of Math 11, or ABE Advanced Certification with Math 080 or 082.
Option 2: completion of a College assessment to acceptable level.
IMPORTANT: This program is open to ACE-IT students. Secondary School students interested in this program should contact their counselling office at their local Secondary School.
