Mindfulness and Leadership Introduction (Session 1) | $59 + GST

Course Overview:

There are three soft skills that can give leaders a competitive edge when it comes to working with inspiring their team. It begins with self-leadership and mindfulness practices. Learn what mindfulness is, how to practice it daily, how to incorporate into the workplace and build sustainable actions in yourself and others. Vulnerability and selflessness are next. Research has shown that this is the key for the team to experience from their leader and their colleagues
to bring out their best qualities. In complex work, the third element is compassion. Learning how to powerfully and effectively express compassion is critical in today's organizations. By the end of session one you will have a Mindful Leader Action Plan for yourself and your workplace.
